I remember reading both Wheels articles during my student days in Melbourne. At the time, I had a MKV Golf GTI. I would often go up nearby mountain roads with a good friend of mine who had a red Polo GTI. Amazing little brother! Definitely a contender for a daily run-a-around or a spare car for the mrs (if a mint Polo GTI ever came my way).
